I was basically coming in to ask about plans and pricing. I arrive and stand for about 15 minutes and receive no service. I decided to sit and wait but still another 20 minutes pass and they have yet to attend me. Horrible customer service. They were not busy at all but carrying a conversation with a customer for more than half and hour than attend others patiently waiting as was I.
