Attention To Detail at 1756 Cleveland Highway, Gainesville, Georgia.

I gave this place 3 stars for a simple reason. I am not dissatisfied, nor am I completely satisfied. But I am neutral.
The people here were very friendly to me. They were helpful and straightforward with everything. I had a good feeling when I dropped my car off. They were "thorough" with the carpet shampooing because they took my seats out to scrub it properly. This much I am happy with, which is the only reason why they earned my 3 stars..

However, when I drove my car out of the lot, I was not sure that I was exactly happy anymore. The cup holders were still dirty, one of my door panels still had dirt on it, the space where my dash and windshield met was still dusty and had dog hair in it (both front and back windshields), and my car did not smell clean AT ALL. It still had the musty smell from before, but the only thing different was the smell of HARSH chemicals were apparent. Furthermore, I specifically asked them to buff out a few scratches on my interior, which they did not do either.

The smell of my car was so unbearable, I went and bought a bottle of Febreze and some car scents. The reason for getting my car detailed was so that I could sell it. But unfortunately, I will have to finish cleaning it myself.
