I had stored my furniture and belongings here for several months. I made every payment early. Throughout my usage of the facility several of my belongings were ruined by rats. I decided to move my remaining belongings out of storage. The owner pulled up behind me on his golfcart. He asked if I was moving out of the unit. When I told him I was he proceeded to tell me I needed to give a 5 day notice (today would have been 4 days). Therefore I owed another $90 even though I had paid through the end of the month. I told him I would bring a check by the office on the way out. He then said what are you baying with? I told him I'd be paying with a check. He proceeded to sit behind my car for nearly 15 minutes before coming up to my window wanting the check. I told him AGAIN that I will bring the check by the office. There are too many storage facilities to rent from someone who will treat paying customers like garbage!
