Waffle House at 2880 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, Georgia.

Very disappointed, not greeting at all when entered facility. Waitress came over took drink order, instead of asking if I was ready to order, she just stood there. I placed my order and after 5 minutes I realized no one was on the grill, no food cooking. The cook was at another table chit chatting. She eventually approached the grill to cook orders. I receive my ticket and see this extra .50 on bill. Come to find out I received hash brown upgrade that I did not ask for. Approach register to pay and both employees are outside. I will NOT be back !!!!!!!
