I came into the store to purchase coils and told them exactly what tank I needed it for. The girl that was helping me didn't know where to find them (I've never seen her there before so I'm assuming she's new), and another coworker named Ben came to help her. He was extremely rude to her and talked to her as if she should know where they were. It honestly made me uncomfortable the way he was bossing her around and talking. After purchasing the coils, I get home and they don't fit. I call back to the store and speak to Ben (the same guy who sold me the coils) and he said they could only replace 4 of the 5 coils since I put juice on one of them already...which doesn't make sense to me because I was under the impression that they would fit and I was even told they would fit my tank. After a couple minutes of listening to him ramble, he says they will just replace the pack of coils. I come into the store and again am treated very rudely by Ben. He says they don't have the coils in stock and they would have to refund me. Which I appreciate, but why sell me coils you knew weren't going to fit. You knew you were out of stock before you sold them to me. Instead of bitching at your coworker and being rude to her for not knowing where these certain coils were, you could have just said they weren't in stock. I will not be back to this store again.
