Horrible experience! I refused to pay for my nails because they were so horribly done. A man there attempted to fix them but I left $40 later and very, very dissatisfied. My skin and nail bed all have paint on them and there are parts without color. The place needs new management. The towels and surfaces were nasty; tools were not sterile and stored in a kids' school pencil box. Come to think of it, I didn't even see a sterilization box anywhere. My manicures do not come with any lotion or massage work - nothing but color. I will never be back.
