The gentleman who was working the front office was rude and not helpful at all. I called the evening before and spoke to a gentleman asking if I could bring in my car and have the belts checked on because they are squilling really bad. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was really nice and said I could bring it in on my lunch break to be looked at. I just needed a quote. I gave him my name and said I would be there at 11am. When I came in the gentleman who was in the front office was talking with what I assumed was another customer who was just waiting or hanging out. I stood there for a few minutes before even being acknowledged. When I was finally spoken to, I explain that I called the afternoon before and was told I could bring in my car to have the belts looked at to see if they needed to be changed. The man said, Well your car is going to have to be left. I told him I was on my lunch break and that it was just me. Meaning, I had no way of leaving my car. He just flatly looked at me and said You'll just have to bring it back. The man didn't smile once. Was not even willing to explain why it should be left. Just "leave the car or come back". His attitude was not friendly or kind. He clearly was annoyed that I was even there to begin with. I said ok and left. I will never go to them for my business again, Especially when I was a first time customer looking for a mechanic I could trust and use.
